BoardScope is a cloud platform for strategy and performance, built for boards and leadership teams in Egypt and the Gulf. It connects a company's vision and goals to its organization structure, jobs and KPIs, and produces a monthly performance report for the board.

What does BoardScope do?
- Strategy: vision, mission and values, a balanced scorecard, and a cascade of objectives.
- Structure: an org chart designer, a structure health check, and a RACI matrix.
- Jobs: a job library, and job descriptions drafted by AI.
- Performance: a weighted KPI tree, a monthly check-in with evidence and approval, a dashboard, and a monthly advisory report.
- HR: policies and labour law, learning and development, and succession.
How much does BoardScope cost?
Prices are monthly, in Egyptian pounds and Saudi riyals, and plans differ by number of employees. Details are on the pricing page, with a 3-day free trial.
Where is company data kept?
Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database, and each company is isolated from the others at the database level. Hosting inside the UAE and Saudi Arabia is planned for 2027 for customers who need it.
Does BoardScope replace our HR or payroll system?
No. BoardScope focuses on strategy, performance and organization; it is not a payroll or time-and-attendance system. Integration with HR and ERP systems is planned for 2027.
